Terms of Service

By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country, whichever is higher).

Emaan Studio is an AI-powered text-to-speech and voice cloning platform. We convert text you provide into audio in multiple languages, and on paid plans we allow you to clone a voice from a sample you provide.

An account is required to use the Service. We use Google sign-in for authentication. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your Google account secure.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or threatening.
• Impersonate any real person without their explicit consent (this includes cloning another person's voice).
• Produce sexual content involving minors, or any content prohibited by law.
• Mislead listeners into believing AI-generated audio is a real person's recording for fraud, deception, or political manipulation.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its underlying providers.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You retain ownership of the text you submit and the audio we generate from it. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any text or voice sample you upload. Emaan Studio retains all rights to the Service itself, including its software, design, and trademarks.

We offer a free plan and paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business). Paid plans are activated manually via WhatsApp at +92 348 9773035 after payment is received. Plan benefits and monthly character limits are shown on the pricing page.

Because the Service is a digital product delivered immediately, all payments are non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using your plan, contact us within 7 days and we will attempt to resolve it or extend your plan.

We do our best to keep the Service running but provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uptime, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emaan Studio and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior 3 months.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time by requesting account deletion.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Pakistan.
