When you sign in with Google, we collect your email address and display name. We do not receive your Google password.

We also store the text you submit for voice generation, your generated audio files, and any voice samples you upload for cloning (paid plans).

Basic usage data such as character counts, generation timestamps, and the plan associated with your account is kept to enforce monthly limits.

• Account creation, authentication, and management.
• Generating speech from your text and delivering audio back to you.
• Enforcing plan limits (character quota, voice clone allowance).
• Customer support over WhatsApp or email.
• Improving reliability and detecting abuse.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your text or audio to train public AI models.

• Google OAuth — used solely for sign-in. Subject to Google's privacy policy.
• Fish Audio — our text-to-speech provider receives the text you submit in order to generate audio. They do not receive your email or account identifiers.
• Lovable Cloud (Supabase) — hosts our database, authentication, and audio storage.

We use browser local storage to keep you signed in and to cache recent generations for a faster experience. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. If we display ads in the future, we will update this policy and request consent where required.

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Generated audio is retained in your history until you delete it or your account. To delete your account or any specific data, contact us on WhatsApp at +92 348 9773035 and we will remove your data within 30 days.

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Deletion — request that we delete your account and associated data.
• Export — request an export of your generated audio and account details.

Emaan Studio is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data using reasonable safeguards.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
